Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 ml Cremefine for whipping
- 1 tbsp, levelled gelatin powder
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g quark, 20% fat
- 6 tbsp Nutella
- 12 ladyfingers
- 6 tbsp whole milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate shavings

Combine the mascarpone, quark, and Nutella. Whisk the Cremefine with the gelatin until stiff and immediately mix with the mascarpone, quark, and Nutella mixture. Place six sponge fingers in a dish and drizzle with 3 tablespoons of milk. Spread half of the cream over the top. Place the six remaining sponge fingers on top, drizzle with the remaining milk, and spread the remaining cream over the top. Refrigerate overnight and sprinkle with chocolate shavings just before serving.
