Muffins with Nutella filling and chocolate topping

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • e.g. Nutella
  • 50 g cocoa powder, instant
  • possibly grease for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fill the muffin tin with baking cups (grease if necessary). In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda. In another large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and yogurt. Add the flour mixture and gently fold in until all ingredients are moistened. Then spoon about a tablespoon of batter into each cup, leaving 1/3 of the batter left. Spread a teaspoon of Nutella on top of the batter in each cup. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining batter and stir in (the 50g is only a rough guide; everyone should make their own batter). Then divide evenly between the cups. (You shouldn’t see any white batter). Bake the muffins on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
