Quick sunken apple pie

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of cream (200 g)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 apples
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • some cinnamon sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 hours 40 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours 10 minutes

Combine the cream, milk, butter, flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan. Peel, core, and cut the apples (4 or 5, depending on size). Place them on the batter and press in lightly. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 40 minutes, depending on your oven. Note: Use the cream cup as a cup measure.
