Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 clove(s) garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1 piece(s) ginger root (approx. 1 cm), peeled, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 100 g peanut butter or peanut puree, creamy or with pieces
  • 1 tbsp, heaped hoisin sauce
  • 30 g water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
