Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 can peas with carrots (250g)
- 1 small can of asparagus tips
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 8 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- some salt (Chinese spice salt)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the asparagus tips and mushrooms, if desired, and finely chop the eggs. Mix all ingredients together and season with Chinese spice salt, if desired.
