Cranberry Apple Relish

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g berries (fresh cranberries)
  • 2 large apples, peeled & pitted
  • 1 large orange(s), peeled & pitted
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

Finely chop the cranberries, apples, and orange; mix with the sugar. Refrigerate. Note: Prepare 1-2 days before serving, as the relish needs to sit for its full flavor to develop! Tip: This relish tastes great with chicken and turkey.
