Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ tsp saffron threads
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Marinade / Dip
Soak the saffron in the lemon juice for 20 minutes, then whisk all ingredients together. Store in a jar with a screw lid. It goes well with white bread or chicken.
