Tomato salad with mushrooms and ham

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of parsley (frozen), alternatively 1 bunch of fresh
  • 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
  • e.g. lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Blanch briefly in boiling water and then let cool. Transfer to a bowl. Wash the tomatoes, cut into eighths, and add to the mushrooms. Dice the cooked ham and add to the tomatoes and mushrooms. Combine the sour cream, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and pour over the ingredients. Mix everything gently. Serve with a baguette.
