Apple and sour milk trifle with amaretti biscuits

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 40 g amaretti biscuits
  • 6 tbsp applesauce
  • n. B. cinnamon sugar, possibly
  • 200 g sour milk
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly chop the amaretti biscuits and divide them between the bottoms of the dessert glasses. For the cream, combine the sour cream, crème fraîche, and sugar. It should be nice and smooth, and the sugar should be well dissolved. Divide half of the cream between the glasses. Divide the applesauce between the glasses. If desired, season with cinnamon and sugar beforehand. Finally, divide the remaining cream between the glasses. Decorate with amaretti biscuits, apple pieces, lemon balm, etc.
