Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pineapple, fresh, in pieces
  • 300 ml water, cold
  • 4 orange(s), the juice
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1 clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the pineapple in cold water. Strain it through a sieve with the orange juice. Heat the juices in a saucepan with the lemon zest, cinnamon, cloves, and honey; do not boil! Enjoy hot!
