Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of apple cider
  • 125 ml water
  • 60 g sugar
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 organic lemons, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

against cough, runny nose, hoarseness and colds

Bring the sugar and spices to a boil with the water and let it steep for 30 minutes. Pour the liquid through a sieve into the cider and gently heat everything together until just below boiling point.
