Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml mandarin juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 cinnamon stick(s)
- 2 cardamom pods
- 1 star anise
- 2 allspice berries
- 40 g sugar, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Squeeze the tangerines and lemon and pour the juice into a saucepan. Add the other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the punch into 2 cups to remove the spices. Reduce the sugar if desired.
