Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • 1 tbsp potato flour
  • Salt
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Starter, intermediate course

Coarsely grate the potatoes, season with salt, and mix with potato flour. Fry in batches in a little oil in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with smoked salmon.
