Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar or 0.5 tbsp balsamic cream
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herbs, Italian or fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 garlic clove(s), optional

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the yogurt and cream in a bowl until the yogurt has dissolved. The mixture should be slightly creamy. Then stir in the lemon juice, then the olive oil and balsamic vinegar one at a time. Finally, season the dressing with herbs, salt, and pepper. If desired, add the garlic, crushed or finely chopped. Let the dressing rest for 15 minutes before pouring it over the salad. The dressing will keep in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
