Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 70 g prawns, small, cooked, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Mix the quark with the softened butter, prawns, and dill, and season with salt and pepper. Delicious on any type of bread. Garnish as desired.
