Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 dl cream, whipped stiffly
- 3 tbsp horseradish, fresh finely grated
- 1 tsp chives, finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix the quark with the whipped cream, horseradish, and herbs, and season with salt and pepper. Delicious on any type of bread. Garnish as desired.
