Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 ml whipped cream
- 150 g honey
- 150 g clarified butter
- 280 g sugar
- 400 g almond flakes

makes about 45 pieces
Line a square, approximately 4 cm deep pan (approx. 23 x 23 cm) with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring all ingredients except the almonds to a boil. Stir in the almonds, bring back to a boil, and pour the mixture into the pan to a height of approximately 2 cm. Bake until lightly browned (approx. 25 minutes). Let cool and cut into cubes.
