Chicken with pasta and mushroom ragout

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chicken breast in pieces
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 50 g pasta, e.g. tagliatelle
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 25 ml Cremefine
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil water and sauté the broccoli in a pot. Add the pasta to a pot and cook according to the package instructions. Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with the crème fraîche, pepper, salt, and parsley, if desired. Heat oil in a second pan and sauté the chicken breast pieces. Finally, mix everything together and serve. 410 kcal per serving.
