Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 6 tbsp buttermilk
- 4 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 250 g buttermilk curd
- 450 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some breadcrumbs
- some almonds, sliced
- Butter for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the buttermilk and oil. Stir in the buttermilk curd with a whisk, then combine the flour and baking powder and add. Grease a loaf pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and flaked almonds, and bake in a convection oven at 170°C for almost 1 hour.
