Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 1 tsp, leveled cinnamon powder
- ½ tsp, leveled clove powder
- ½ tsp, leveled nutmeg
- 100 g chocolate (block), grated
- 2 bananas
- 1 tsp, leveled baking soda
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer, gradually adding the eggs. Mash the two bananas with a fork and add to the mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and continue stirring until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased ring tin and bake at 150-170 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes. Cover with parchment paper for the last 30 minutes.
