Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 150 g margarine
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g candied orange peel, chopped
  • 100 g almond(s), sticks
  • Fat and flour for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the margarine with the quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir into the quark mixture. Add the candied orange peel and almonds. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 28 cm loaf pan and smooth it down. Bake at 175°C (medium heat) for 60 minutes.
