Sea buckthorn liqueur

Spread the love

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

how I like him

Boil the water and dissolve the rock sugar in it. Let it cool. Then mix the sugar water with the sea buckthorn juice and vodka. Bottle and store in a dark place. After just a day, the sea buckthorn will settle on top of the vodka, which is completely normal. Shake well before serving. You’ll have about 2.5 liters of liqueur. Note: Since I always press the juice from home-harvested berries myself, I never know in advance how much juice I’ll get. You can use the following formulas to calculate the other ingredients: For x liters of juice: x times 0.7 liters of vodka, x times 0.8 liters of water, x times 340 g of rock sugar.
