Lime-chili marinade for meat

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 limes
  • 2 tsp lemon peel, dried
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 small chili peppers, to taste
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Meat of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 3 minutes

e.g. for chicken breast

Mix everything together, diluting the honey with water if necessary to make it easier to mix in. Add the meat and let it marinate for a few hours. Then you can grill or roast the meat.
