Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 2 tsp mustard, sweet
  • ¼ tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 5 strawberries, pureed
  • 1 pinch of garlic granules
  • 1 pinch of garlic salt
  • 2 pinches curry powder
  • 500 g meat of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

super fruity and very tasty

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and then marinate your chosen meat for approximately 24 hours. This can be used for various types of meat and is sufficient for approximately 500g of meat.
