Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g nuts, ground
  • 2 tbsp flour (breadcrumbs)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 bar of chocolate (block chocolate)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the nuts mixed with breadcrumbs and baking powder and mix well. Break the chocolate into pieces with a knife and fold in. Grease a loaf or kugelhopf pan well and pour in the batter. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes at 175°C (350°F). This cake is quick to prepare and keeps well.
