  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp herbs (parsley, chives, dill, cress), chopped
  • Sugar

As a dip or salad dressing

Mix the crème fraîche with the tomato ketchup, season with salt, pepper, and sugar, and stir in the chopped herbs.
