Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g quark
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 250 ml whipped cream, fresh
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar, more if needed
  • 500 g strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, wash the strawberries and then remove the green parts. Then, puree the strawberries. If you like, you can pass the mixture through a sieve again to prevent the strawberry seeds from getting mixed into the quark. Mix everything together with the quark and yogurt. Finally, whip the cream with a sachet of vanilla sugar and fold it into the mixture. If it’s not too sweet for you, you can add another sachet of vanilla sugar if desired. It’s best to refrigerate the quark for another 20 minutes before enjoying it.
