  • Paprika powder
  • Salt
  • chives

Instructions

Peel the hard-boiled, cooled egg and finely chop the egg white. Cream the butter, egg yolk, and paprika until creamy. Add the egg white and season with salt. Finally, add the finely chopped chives or 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley and mix well.
