Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp water, warm
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some fat for the molds
- some breadcrumbs for the shapes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
once dough – twice fruit base
Beat the eggs until frothy, add the water. Continue beating with the sugar and vanilla sugar, then stir in the sifted flour and baking powder. Grease two fruit cake tins and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes. This will quickly make two sponge cakes for a large cake table, or you can store one in a suitable container for up to two weeks.
