Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 g yogurt
- 24 g hazelnuts, ground
- 25 g sugar
- ¼ mango(s)
- 1 passion fruit(s), fresh
- n. B. sugar
- 2 tbsp brittle
- 2 sprigs lemon balm
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with brittle
Mix together the sour cream, yogurt, hazelnuts, and sugar, and season with sugar to taste. Peel and dice the mango, and wash and dice the passion fruit. Briefly blanch the fruit in 2 tablespoons of water and season with a little sugar to taste. Pour the cream into glasses. Top with the cooled fruit. Sprinkle with the brittle and serve garnished with lemon balm.
