Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 500 g peanuts, unsalted
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grind the nuts and mix with the baking powder. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir the nuts into the egg yolk mixture and fold in the beaten egg whites. Grease two small loaf pans well and pour the batter into them. Bake for approximately 1 hour, depending on the oven.
