Peach amaretti sour cream dessert

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 peaches, fresh
  • 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • 100 g amaretti biscuits
  • Lemon balm for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the sour cream with the sugar. Wash and dice the peaches, and drizzle with lime or lemon juice. First, layer the amaretti biscuits in glasses, then add some of the cream. Then, add the peach cubes to the glasses and finally, top with the remaining cream. You can decorate each biscuit with an amaretti biscuit and a lemon balm leaf.
