Light cream dessert with raspberries and amaretti biscuits from a glass

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 3 tbsp cane sugar
  • 1 tsp orange peel, grated
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 80 g amaretti biscuits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff and combine with the other ingredients until creamy. Layer the raspberries, amaretti biscuits, and cream into small glasses. Refrigerate the glasses until ready to serve. Allow time for thawing when using frozen berries.
