Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp semolina (durum wheat)
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tbsp raisins
  • 5 drops of flavoring (lemon flavor)
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cream the butter, eggs, and sugar until fluffy. Then add the semolina, lemon flavoring, and low-fat quark. Finally, fold in the raisins. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish of your choice and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 50 minutes. This makes about 6 slices and tastes especially good warm.
