Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 180 ml oil (good olive oil)
- 60 ml vinegar (red wine vinegar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 m.-large tomato(s), ripe, (peeled, pitted & pureed)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp crème fraîche or sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add the tomato and tomato paste and mix well. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche or cream and season to taste. Tip: If you like, you can also add a few chives.
