Spaghetti with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 prawns or shrimps
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 50 ml oil
  • 400g spaghetti
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions and drain. Wash the prawns, pat dry, and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel the garlic and onion, and slice the garlic very thinly. Finely chop the onion. Wash the parsley, shake dry, and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan, lightly roast the garlic, and fry the prawns for about 3 minutes. Remove the prawns from the pan, sauté the onion, add the wine and cream, bring to a boil, season with salt, and pepper. Stir in the parsley, add the marinated prawns, and heat briefly. Mix the spaghetti with the prawns and sauce.
