Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions
- 1 bulb(s) garlic (small bulb)
- 2 chili peppers
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 2 stalks of parsley, flat
- 1 tbsp peppercorns
- 250 ml oil
- n. B. Meat (grilled meat of your choice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for all types of meat
Peel the onions and slice into thin rings. Deseed and finely chop the chilies. Trim and finely chop the herbs. Halve the garlic bulb without peeling it. Mix the first six ingredients from the list together. Top your grilled meat with the ingredients and finally top with oil. Let it simmer for about 30 minutes. After this time, place the meat on the preheated grill.
