Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ¼ liter of coffee
- 150 g butter, melted
- 250 g sugar
- 300 g flour
- 200 g chocolate, chopped
- 150 g nuts, ground
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Allow the coffee and melted butter to cool slightly. Combine the flour, sugar, chocolate chips, nuts, and baking powder. Add the coffee, butter, and eggs and mix until smooth. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil for the last 15 minutes, if necessary.
