Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 leaves currants, black, fresh leaves from the bush
  • 15 leaves of lemon balm
  • 10 sage leaves
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 liter of water
  • possibly sugar or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Steep the leaves in a pot of hot water for about 5-7 minutes. Add the lemon juice and sweeten with a little sugar or honey, to taste. Enjoy warm or cold with ice cubes!
