- 220 g desiccated coconut
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 200 ml condensed milk, sweetened
- 70 g powdered sugar

also works with white or milk chocolate, makes about 40 bars
Mix the desiccated coconut and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Gradually add the condensed milk until you have a good, sticky, moldable mixture. Chill the mixture for 20 minutes. Afterward, you can shape the coconut dough into chocolates or the original Bounty shape. Melt the chocolate and slowly dip the Bounty pieces into it with a fork. To dry, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
