Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of QimiQ, neutral
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 100 g sugar
  • some flavoring, e.g. vanilla flavor, rum, bitter almond flavor
  • possibly food coloring

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Best for cupcakes, makes about 12

Beat the Quimiq, mascarpone, and sugar with a hand mixer until smooth. Season with flavoring. Lightly tint with food coloring. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
