Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 2 pts cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche or crème légère
  • 4 tsp anchovy paste
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Drain the tuna, squeeze out some of the excess water, and mix it with the cream cheese. Add the crème fraîche. Finally, season with the anchovy paste and dill. No need to add salt or pepper; the ingredients have enough flavor on their own. It goes perfectly with flatbread or fresh ciabatta. It’s a hit at parties after midnight.
