Cauliflower casserole with rice

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 pack of diced ham
  • 3 servings of rice
  • Cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • Celery salt
  • Flour
  • Milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Trim and finely chop the cauliflower, tossing it in a milk and flour roux sauce, seasoning it with salt and celery salt. Grease a casserole dish and layer it in the following order: 1. Rice (lightly salted or unsalted, depending on your taste) 2. Diced ham 3. Cauliflower 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese; the amount is up to you. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
