Salad dressing for leaf salads

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 part/e bell pepper(s), red, very finely diced
  • 1 part(s) onion(s), very finely diced
  • 1 part chives and parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of garlic, granulated
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 shot of vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • some water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix everything together and pour over the salad just before serving. It goes well with all leafy salads.
