Sunday cake with rum raisins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, melted
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 bag(s) lemon peel, freeze-dried
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 300 g flour, 405
  • ½ cup raisins (rum)
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour , for the shape
  • Lime juice
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Mix melted butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, and eggs. Add baking powder and flour and mix until smooth. Fold in the rum raisins with a spatula. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Then remove from the pan and let cool. Mix the lime juice and powdered sugar to make a glaze and spread it over the cake.
