Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg radish(s), white
- 1 small onion(s)
- 200 g cream
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds, crushed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch parsley, flat, finely chopped
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp pepper
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Finely grate the radish and onion and squeeze some of the juice. Mix with cream, pepper, and sugar and let stand for at least 1 hour. Then season with lemon juice, salt, parsley, and caraway seeds.
