Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 700 ml vodka
  • 700 ml lemonade (bitter lemon)
  • 1,000 ml ice cream (vanilla)
  • 750 ml morello cherries, pitted, in a jar, with all the juice
  • 3 tsp cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Fresh summer party drink

Combine all ingredients, except the ice, in a large bowl. Chill for 2-3 hours. Five minutes before serving, add the ice (cut into small pieces) to the bowl. Serve the punch in punch glasses with a stick or spoon.
