Gratinated ham and bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 banana(s), peeled
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • some butter
  • 2 dl cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated (Sbrinz)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread the ham with mustard, season with curry, and wrap the bananas. Lightly grease a gratin dish with butter, fill it with the ham and bananas. Pour the cream over it and sprinkle with Sbrinz. Bake on the second rack (250°C/20 min). Serve with: dried rice, pasta, curry sauce, and green salad.
