Mustard noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • broth
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare everything in a large pot. Brown the minced meat with the onion and spices. Add the raw noodles and mix gently. Then pour in the stock. The noodles shouldn’t be covered. It’s better to use a little less water and add more later. You’ll figure it out very quickly if you try it. Cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally and check the water. When the noodles are cooked, the water will almost be gone. Then fold in 2 heaped tablespoons of mustard (more to taste) and a cup of sour cream. Done. Tastes delicious and is quick and easy to prepare.
