Cheesecake without a base for those in a hurry

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 230 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ pack of flavoring (Citroback)
  • ½ pack flavoring (orange peel)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 kg quark (20%)
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients except the quark in a bowl for at least 3 minutes, then add the quark and mix well. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake on the bottom rack at 175°C for 50-60 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper if necessary to prevent the cake from overbrowning. Let cool in the pan.
